When hiring staff for our center, we search for people who genuinely care about the education and well-being of the children. Working at Precious Angels is not just a job, it is a profession. We look for people who are artistically creative and are willing to do “hands-on” activities while interacting with the children to help them learn social and cognitive skills for the future.
I am a wife to a terrific man, Doug, and a mother to two wonderful children Andrew and Hannah. I graduated from Keystone Oaks High School in 1987 and attended WVU and Duquesne University. My studies were in criminal justice and psychology. While in college, I worked with children at the Auberle Home for Children caring for troubled youth. I also did work with children through the Juvenile Probation system.
After working several years in the business world, my passion for children prompted me to open a childcare center in 2006. The center is very successful and I am optimistic as to its future and mine.
Originally from Greensburg, I graduated from Hempfield Area High School in 1996. In August 2009, I received a Bachelor Degree in Education from California University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education. I worked for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit for 8 years as a Classroom Assistant working with students with various special needs.
I began working for Precious Angels Childcare and Learning Center in July 2006 less than two months after the center opened. I started as a floater before becoming the Pre-K Teacher and School-Aged Summer Camp Program Teacher. In May 2012, I made the move as Precious Angels expanded and opened a center in Carnegie, and was both Director and the Pre-K Teacher for the 5 years that the Carnegie Center was opened. I enjoyed my time in Carnegie as it was a great opportunity and learning experience that prepared me to return to Crafton as the Director in December 2016 after the closing of the Carnegie Center. I have made a full circle and feel as though I am back home again. I truly enjoy watching the children and the families of Precious Angels continue to grow over the years.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I live in the Burgettstown Area with my husband Dan and our children Miranda, Natasha, and Antonio.
In 2004, I graduated from Thiel College with a BA in Communication and an Elementary Education Certification. After graduating I was a substitute and after-school tutoring teacher for the Penn Hills School District before joining the Precious Angels staff in October 2010. In March 2012, I began working with the Pre-K Program. Teaching truly is my passion in life and I really enjoy sharing my love of learning with my students.
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my son and fiancé, as well as upcycling furniture, visiting waterfalls, and playing with our three dogs.

I am a wife and Mom and have been working in childcare for 15 years. I currently am the Pre-K Assistant Teacher. Previously I worked in the Pre-Toddler Room and enjoyed working with the children and teaching them to become toddlers. I love watching children grow and become more independent. Hugs and kisses from your children are my biggest reward!

I have a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and an Associate Degree in Child and Family Studies.

I have been working at Precious Angels since September 2013. I am a Nana and a wife. I have 4 adult children and I have been in this field for 17 years. I attended Sawyer Business. Along with childcare I am also a chef. I continue to take classes and training because you are never too old to learn. I am a firm believer that it takes a village to raise a child; and I truly enjoy being a part of it.
Hello, my name is Stefanie and I work in the Toddler Room. I have worked for Precious Angels since October of 2013. I love working with children and watching them grow each and every day. I take trainings when needed to further my education and learn new things about working in the childcare field.
Bio coming soon!
I’ve been working at Precious Angels since November 12, 2007. I graduated from Carlynton High School in June 2006. I found a home in the Infant Room from the beginning and continue to enjoy working with the babies. I continue to have fun with the babies while watching them grow.
In my free time, I like to play volleyball, football, softball, and bowling. When I’m not playing sports, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, having fun with my dog, and watching my niece and nephew.
Hi, my name is Miss Linda and I started as a substitute teacher when the center opened in 2006. In 2012, I was offered a permanent position as the Preschool 1 Teacher and decided to take it. In 2017 I made the move to the Infant Room and am enjoying spending time with the babies.
After graduating from IUP, in 1991, with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant management, I moved to Pittsburgh. Here I met my wonderful husband, Ken. We live in Crafton and I was blessed to be able to stay home and raise our 5 amazing children.
When not at Precious Angels, you can usually find me at one of my kid’s sporting events!
